How It Works

Rate Your Professional

To rate and review an Advice Professional's answer:

1. Log into your account.
2. Click on the answer within your Inbox folder.
3. Click on the Rating link
4. Enter a 1 to 5 star rating and review (entering a review is optional).

Your rating and review will be added to the Advice Professional's online profile, and future clients will be notified of your rating and review. If you want to change a past rating and review, simply click on the Rating link again located within the message and enter a new rating and review.
