- He/she will seek professional advice before following or acting on any information, advice or recommendation received from or through Advicehelponline.com.
- Neither Advicehelponline.com or its advice professionals will be liable for any harm as their loss or damage whether direct or consequential, arising from, relating to or in anyway connected with any information, advice or recommendation obtained from or made by Advicehelponline.com.
- To release Advicehelponline.com from all claims, liabilities, actions or suits arising from or in any way connected with client’s use of Advicehelponline.com.
- To indemnify and hold harmless Advicehelponline.com from and against any and all claims liabilities, actions or suits including legal and any other fees arising from or in any way connected with the client’s use of Advicehelponline.com or the client’s failure to abide by the foregoing terms and conditions.
Advicehelponline.com will provide a refund to the client should the client be dissatisfied with an advice transaction, provided technical support, at its sole discretion, determines that the advice was not comprehensive or not delivered before the requested due-date.
